Enjoy purslane
This can found at farmer's markets. They are considered a weed but easily contain some of the highest amounts of omega 3s and essential fatty acids in the plant world. Take a bunch of purslane and remove the leaves from the stems. Sauté in a little olive oil adding water as needed until the purslane is wilted. One can add currants and pine nuts if desired.
